          This is a big challenge that requires both good level of fitness and hillwalking experience. The minimum requirement for this outing is hillwalking boots, a well-packed day backpack, and appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. 

          Equipment and food can be provided however this must be finalised with the guide in advance of the event.
