We are a family run small group tour operator sharing Scotland's stories via day-tours, eco-tours, private guiding, and team events.

I'm Ross, the founder of Tartan Compass Tours, a venture born in late 2024 out of my deep passion for Scotland’s rich history, innovation, and untamed landscapes. Originally from the Scottish Borders, I grew up in Perthshire and have called Edinburgh home for over 30 years.
